Swooy Terms of Service
By using Swooy you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — please actually read them.
1. What Swooy is (and isn't)
Swooy is for entertainment only. You swipe on AI-generated fictional portraits and the app generates an "ideal type" image based on your taste. It is not a dating service, not matchmaking, not advice of any kind, and it makes no claims about real people.
All images are AI-generated and fictional. They may be imperfect, odd, or inconsistent — that's the nature of generative AI. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Do not present Swooy images as photos of real people.
2. No guarantee of service
Swooy is provided "as is", free of charge and supported by ads. We do not guarantee uptime, generation availability, quality of results, or that any feature will remain unchanged. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may be limited, delayed, or discontinued at any time.
3. Your conduct
Don't ruin it for everyone. Specifically, you may not:
- Manipulate the vote system — no bots, scripts, duplicate-device voting, or vote trading.
- Attempt to identify, locate, or claim to identify a real person from any generated image.
- Use generated images to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
- Abuse the report system with false reports, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content, reset votes, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your generated images
You get a personal, non-commercial license to the images Swooy generates for you: save them, share them, use them as wallpaper — just don't sell them or use them commercially. As described in the privacy policy, we may reuse generations in anonymized form (detached from your identity) to improve the swipe pool and the service.
5. Leaderboard rules
- Joining the weekly leaderboard is opt-in; entries appear under an anonymous handle.
- Boards reset weekly. Votes carry no cash value and there are no prizes unless we explicitly say so.
- We may remove any entry at our discretion — including for reports, suspected vote abuse, or content concerns — without notice.
6. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Swooy is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Because Swooy is free, total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid to use it (zero, unless you made a purchase, in which case that amount). Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Swooy at any time; data deletion is described in the privacy policy.
